Information
The information below will explain the steps involved in adding selections to
your shopping cart, and making your purchase online. You may return to the Main Help
screen at any time by clicking on the "Return to Main Help" in the graphic
above.

Cart
The Shopping Cart collects all our your selected items as you shop within our Online
Store. At any time you may select the Shopping Cart by clicking on the navigational link
provided on the left. You may change quantities or remove items from the Shopping
Cart by using the buttons provided on the item row. Items will remain in your
Shopping Cart as long as you maintain your session, which is
started when you make your first selection. This session is maintained exclusively
for you and your Shopping Cart by using Cookies.
The session will last until the following occurs:
- You complete your shopping and process your order, receiving the order confirmation
page.
- You close your browser.
- After approximately 20 minutes the session will time out automatically.
Once the session is closed, all items will be removed from your Shopping
Cart and you can begin a new session if desired.
Checkout
Once you have made all your selections and made any desired changes to the quantities, you
may proceed to Checkout. At this point you will be directed to your secure server
where all information will be transmitted in encrypted form to protect your personal
information. Once you have entered all the billing and shipping information you may
complete your order by clicking on the FINALIZE ORDER button at the bottom of the Checkout
page.
If you have selected to pay by credit card,
you must enter this information in the spaces provided, and upon completion your
information will be transmitted directly to our orders database. You will then be
sent a confirmation of your order via email to the address you provide on the Checkout
page.
For Phone/FAX orders, you must save the information provided on the
Checkout page. Once you click on the FINALIZE ORDER button, this information and the
contents of your Shopping Cart will be removed. Therefore you must copy or print the
order and shipping information prior to selecting this button. Phone/FAX orders are
not stored within our orders database and you must provide the information to us by phone or FAX. 
Credit
Cards
Credit card payments for your order may be made directly online through our secure server
which protects your personal information during transfer to our orders database.
Credit card information is used solely for the purchase of your selected products and is
not transmitted in any unsecure manner. Once you have finalized your credit card
information and completed your order during Checkout, all
information is transmitted to our orders database, and you will receive an email
confirmation of your order. The following credit cards are accepted for online
orders:
 
Taxes
By law, sales tax must be charged on all orders shipped within the state of Tennessee.
Therefore a tax amount of 8.25% will be charged on your total order (after any applicable
discounts, etc.), excluding shipping and handling. The tax amount will automatically be
calculated if you select Tennessee as the state when proceeding to Checkout. If you do not
properly check this field, and your shipping address is within the State of Tennessee,
your order will be delayed while we contact you to correct the charges. Therefore, please
ensure you select "Tennessee" if you are a resident. If the shipping
address is to a state other than Tennessee, taxes will not be applied to your order.
