Browsers
We have taken care not to exclude anyone from having the best experience on our site. We don't have a lot of special requirements for your browser. For instance we don't use frames and don't require any JavaScript for viewing of our site. We do require "cookies" in order to use the shopping cart and make online purchases. If your browser doesn't support cookies, if you have an option set in your browser to not allow cookies, or in some cases when you are behind a "firewall" (please contact your system administrator for information on firewalls), you will be unable to use our shopping cart. If for any reason you are not able to make your purchase online, simply review our selections and call us directly with your order. We will be happy to take your order over the phone.

We do recommend using the latest version of the available browsers in order to have the best compatibility with all the components and plugins used for this site or any other. The links below provide you access to the latest browsers from Microsoft® and Netscape®. These browsers are free and available for download by the respective company.

Cookies
"Cookies" represent very small data files that we store on your computer through your browser.  The information contained within these files maintains your shopping session which relates to your individual shopping cart.  The latest browsers all support Cookies so that you normally will not have any problem.  However, it may be that you have disabled the support for Cookies within your browser, or you may be behind a firewall where Cookies may not be supported properly (this is typical when accessing the Internet through a company connection).  If you try to add a selection to your Shopping Cart, and you see the "failed" screen, you will know that Cookies are not properly supported for you to use the Shopping Cart.  Since it is integral to the Shopping Cart, you will not be able to use the Shopping Cart or Checkout features without support for Cookies.  If this is the case, you can make all your selections manually and then call us directly with your order.

Please Note: Items within your Shopping Cart will remain in your shopping cart only while you have an active session.   This session can be closed (and therefore your Shopping Cart emptied) by the following:

  • You complete your shopping and process your order, receiving the order confirmation page.
  • You close your browser.

PDF Files
In order to detail some assembly or installation instructions, we have provided you with online guides.  You may view these online with a free viewer for Portable Document Format (PDF) files from Adobe.  If you do not already have the Acrobat viewer, simply click on the link below and download a version for your browser.  Once integrated with your browser, you may simply click on the links to our detailed instructions, and they will be displayed in your browser for your viewing and/or printing.   Return to Top
